We are a small non-profit agency out of Richardson, Texas. We use promotional items as a means of spreading the word about our agency. In January 2005, we needed to replenish our stock of promotional pens. I contacted ADSMART and spoke with Irene Peugh. She showed me a variety of pens within our price range and offered suggestions about logo placement, size and color. She contacted factories directly to get the best pricing she could. The order arrived earlier than expected and the pens were exactly what we had wanted! I now use ADSMART not only for our pens, but for our stress balls, our academic calendars, and name badges. And as with our first order of pens, Irene went above and beyond to get us the best items at the best price with the best customer service around. Should we decide to expand our promotional items, ADSMART will be the firsts call I make.
